How It All Works - Descriptions

Here are a few points we'd like you to keep in mind when viewing the examples. Each of your 7 pages are Specifically Optimized to:

#1. Rank in the Search Engines for Real Estate, For Sale By Owner, Real Estate for sale in (State), FSBO and a combination of those.

#2. Built to keep visitors moving through your site, building interest in the property while quickly giving them all the basic information required.

#3. Maximum Description space to get All the details in, that may interest a buyer in your FSBO.

#4. Show large, full color photos you've taken of the property. When they click a picture at the bottom of your page it will take them to the page with that full-sized picture and the description for that picture. 430x285 pixels, wider then tall.

#5. Each page is printable allowing for 1 page or print all the pages as a booklet

#6. Your pages are independant of everyone else's. There are no links to other FSBOs, no competition! Other companies that offer something simular batch you up so visitors may start on your page but get lost in someone else's.

#7. There are no weird ads on your pages! Other companies put advertisers on your pages, wisking your visitor away. We have a tiny comment at the very bottom which does nothing more then show we did your site for ya.

#8. Map, of course! We don't want them getting lost do we!

#9. List upto 24 Amenities! (the search engines are watching this!)

Security Info
By default we've put "viewing by appointment" on each page since we doubt ya want folks showing up in the middle of the night. This can be changed if you have a set schedule you're running for Open House or "Call for Appointment"

Also, your personal eMail address is hidden with our "@design4fsbo.com". When they click that, it will then Silently forward their eMail to the address you specified to us without the visitor ever seeing it. We also have some heavy-duty spam filters running on it that should keep most of the junk away. Careful not to report spam that gets past us otherwise you'll be blocking your own mail from your site!

Domain Names
This is called a "SubDomain" design4fsbo.com/10 This is how we set up your FSBO website. If you prefer, you can also purchase a domain name and forward it to the address we assign you. Godaddy offers domain names for under $10 a year. We do not provide a Domain Name for 2 BIG reasons, 1. YOU must purchase a name for it to be owned by You, if we did it for you...We'd own it. 2. Buying a domain name would not be worth the hassle of finding an AVAILABLE name for such a short period of usage! If you are not bald already, that would do it trust me!
